Currently BC Racing are providing one of the best value for money Coilover's in the market (BR series). Any time you find a company selling products at a cheaper price the immediate thought is are they of cheap quality as well.
Our tested product was for the Toyota MR2. The fitting was reasonably simple but when fitted we found there we issues with the top mount not properly turning. On multiple call's to BC racing they informed us a range of different fixes but none seemed to work. The aftermarket service for these coilovers was not good but i guess that is where they saved costs.
Although there were a few negatives with the coilover generally everything else worked well. The adjustability of the coilover is great and with the hand twisting top mounts very easy to do. Even the height adjustability was very simple with different sized C spannered you can have the car sitting on the floor or riding at almost standard height. Useful if you are using the car on a regular basis between track days and normal road use.
I would advise if your looking at the BC racing coilovers make sure everything works properly before you fit them on the car as you wont get much help from them after.
